End-to-end Build
A product built through to production — after a Sprint, or from an existing scoping document precise enough to be priced.
from $29,000
What you get
- 01
The product in production
Web — and/or iOS depending on scope — deployed on your infrastructure or provisioned for you.
- 02
Operational CI/CD
Automated tests, build and deployment — the same chain we use to ship.
- 03
The code, your property
Repository transferred, clear licence, no hidden dependency on us.
- 04
Handover documentation
Architecture, decisions, production runbook — written for the team that takes over, in-house or hired later.
- 05
4 weeks of corrective warranty
After go-live, on the delivered scope.
How it runs
- 01
2-week milestones, a demo at each milestone, continuous acceptance — you watch the product move, not progress slides.
The scope is frozen
Every new request goes through a priced amendment within 48 hours — accepted, it shifts the plan accordingly; declined, it goes to the post-V1 backlog. No grey zone. The rule is blunt on both sides: we are not allowed to overrun either.
What's not included
- Content — copy, business visuals — is provided by you, unless the scope says otherwise.
- No ongoing maintenance after the warranty — that is what the Delivery package is for.
- No takeover of an existing codebase that has not been assessed — an existing codebase gets assessed during the Sprint, not in the middle of the Build.
- Infrastructure costs — cloud, third-party services, app stores — are on your account, estimated from the Sprint onwards.
Where it starts from
- After a Sprint — recommended — or from an existing scoping document precise enough to be priced, assessed before commitment, free of charge.
Fair questions
What if the scope moves during the Build?
It moves through a priced amendment within 48 hours, or it waits for post-V1. The fixed price only works because the rule is blunt on both sides.
Who owns the code?
You do, in full, upon complete payment. Repository transferred, no hidden dependency on us.
Who actually works on my project?
The founder scopes and builds; identified partners step in depending on the project — never anonymous subcontracting. Whoever did the Sprint does the Build.
After go-live, the product still needs steering.
